What it is

A ball python collection tracker built around how keepers actually work

Six things it does, shown rather than described. Every clip is the real app.

Nothing gets forgotten

Feeds, sheds, weigh-ins and cage cleans on one calendar, with what is due today and what is already overdue on the first screen.

The dashboard due list and the month calendar. Real app, real records — tap the phone to watch.

A season you can follow

Every pairing tracked through eight stages — first lock, follicle building, ovulation, pre-lay shed, eggs, incubation, hatch.

A pairing moving through its eight stages. Real app, real records — tap the phone to watch.

The genetics worked out

Pick two animals and see the odds for every possible hatchling, including the hets that get carried invisibly.

Creating a pairing and reading what it can throw. Real app, real records — tap the phone to watch.

What a clutch really made

Acquisition costs, expenses and sale prices against each other, per clutch and per animal.

The financial report and clutch profit and loss. Real app, real records — tap the phone to watch.

Proof, not impressions

Weight trends and feeding reliability plotted over time — the things that are invisible until somebody charts them.

An animal’s weight curve and feeding history. Real app, real records — tap the phone to watch.

Records you can hand over

Every report exports to PDF or Excel, on every plan, including the free one.

Your collection

Every animal, and the last thing that happened to it

Morph, sex, weight, rack position and the most recent event on one card. Search by name or genetics.

See what is on this screen
  • Photos kept with the record, not scattered across a camera roll
  • Rack, level and position, so you know where the animal physically is
  • Sold animals stay in the history and in every financial report
  • Import an existing collection rather than retyping it

Pairings

Lock to hatch, without a spreadsheet

Each pair carries its own timeline, with the dates that matter worked out rather than counted on your fingers.

See what is on this screen
  • Twelve kinds of breeding event, from first lock to hatch day
  • Female and male weigh-ins tracked through the run
  • Egg count, incubation temperature and the clutch attached to the pair
  • Hatchling profiles created straight from the clutch that produced them

Reports

Whether it is working, in numbers

Animal, breeding and financial reports — growth, feeding reliability and the economics of the season.

See what is on this screen
  • Weight trends per animal, with refused feeds shown in context
  • Clutch profit with every cost that went into it
  • Which pairings actually earned their rack space
  • Export to PDF or Excel — your data leaves in a format anyone can read

Ball python morph calculator

The odds, before you put them together

A genetics calculator with 55 genes and the inheritance that actually goes with them, including six allelic complexes — not a lookup table of published pairings.

Real output from the app. What it cannot model honestly — the sex-linked genes — it names rather than guesses.

55 genes, with the inheritance that goes with them

Each morph is stored with how it actually passes on, so it works on any pairing — including ones nobody has published a chart for. Try the free morph calculator →

16Recessive — two copies to show, one copy is an invisible carrier. Albino, Clown, Piebald, Desert Ghost and twelve more.
28Incomplete dominant — one copy shows, two give you the super. Banana, Pastel, Mojave, Fire, Enchi, Lesser and the rest.
7Dominant — one copy or two, it looks the same. Pinstripe, Leopard, Spider, Woma, Granite, Dorsal, Hidden Gene Woma.

Inside the app it runs on your own animals — pick two and the odds are there before the pairing is.

The season

Eight stages, and the app knows all of them

Everything it does

The full list, without the sales voice

All of it is on the free plan. A paid plan only changes how many animals and pairings you can hold.

Show everything it does

Day-to-day keeping

  • Feeding log — prey, size, method, and whether it was taken or refused
  • Feeding intervals per animal, with the next date worked out
  • Sheds, cage cleans, weight checks, vet visits, defecation, handling
  • Rack, level and position for every animal

Breeding

  • Pairings tracked across eight stages, lock to hatch
  • Twelve kinds of breeding event, each one dated
  • Egg counts, incubation temperature, hatch numbers
  • Hatchlings created from the clutch, already linked to their parents

Genetics

  • 55 genes with real inheritance, not a lookup table
  • Six allelic complexes modelled as one locus, so a BEL parent is right
  • Odds for every possible hatchling in the clutch
  • Hets carried through, so you know what is invisible
  • It tells you what it cannot model, rather than guessing

Money

  • What each animal cost, and what it eventually sold for
  • Expenses logged against the collection
  • Clutch profit — revenue against everything that went into it
  • Realised margin per animal, so a favourite can be measured

Records and reports

  • Animal, breeding and financial reports
  • PDF and Excel export on every plan, including free
  • Photos stored against each animal
  • Sold animals kept in the history rather than deleted

Your account

  • Syncs across every device you sign in on
  • Light and dark, and it follows your system if you let it
  • A walkthrough and a sample collection to explore first
  • Delete your account and everything in it, whenever you want

Every line of that, free for five animals. Paid plans only raise the limits.

Questions

The things people ask first

Is there a free ball python collection tracker?

Yes. The free plan covers 5 animals and 3 pairings with no card, no trial countdown and no expiry. Every feature is included, including the genetics calculator and PDF and Excel export. If that is your whole collection, it stays free.

Does it calculate ball python morph genetics?

It works out 55 genes with their real inheritance — recessive, incomplete dominant and dominant — and works out the odds for every possible hatchling from any pairing, including hets carried invisibly. It also names what it cannot model, such as sex-linked genes like Banana and Coral Glow, rather than guessing.

What happens to my records if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. Everything you have logged stays readable and exportable. You simply cannot add animals or pairings beyond the free plan limits until you subscribe again.

Can I export my ball python breeding records?

Every report exports to PDF or Excel on every plan, including the free one. Nothing is locked in, and nothing needs us to still be here for you to read it.

Does it work on a phone?

It is built for a phone in one hand while the other is holding a tub — not for a desk you will get to later. It syncs across every device you sign in on.

Can I move an existing collection in?

Yes — you can import an existing collection rather than retyping it, and every new account starts with a worked sample collection you can clear in one click.

How is this different from a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet holds what you typed. This works forward from it: the next feed date per animal from its own history, the stage a pairing is at and what usually comes next, and the profit on a clutch once the sales are in. Nothing is calculated by hand, and every figure names the records it came from.

Who can see my records?

Only you. Each account’s records sit in their own private row and are readable only by that account. You can export everything or delete the account and all of it at any time.

Your collection is already a record. This just keeps it.

Five animals and three pairings, free for as long as you like. No card, no countdown.
